LY H08MnA welding wire focuses on the multi-layer welding requirements of medium and thick plates in general structures, and constructs exclusive solutions for the problems such as porosity and weld bead formation that are prone to occur in thick plate welding. Suitable for multi-layer welding scenarios of medium thick plates in bridges, building steel structures, etc., helping to create welding structures with regular appearance and internal reliability.

Features

Excellent gas hole resistance: The weld metal naturally has excellent gas hole resistance. During multi-layer welding, it effectively suppresses the generation of pores, ensures the internal quality of the weld bead, and reduces the risk of inspection and repair.

High quality weld bead forming: The appearance of the weld bead is smooth and beautiful, with excellent slag stripping properties. When welding multiple layers, the interlayer welding slag is easy to clean, avoiding the influence of residual welding slag on subsequent welding fusion.

Mechanical performance adaptation: The tensile strength of the deposited metal is 555MPa, and the mechanical properties are adapted to the load-bearing requirements of medium thick plate structures. After multi-layer welding, the joint strength and toughness are balanced, ensuring long-term safe service of the structure.
